Patient Portal: You may securely communicate with us via the Tebra patient portal, which is HIPAA-compliant and offers secure messaging, appointment scheduling, and access to health records.

3. Third-Party Services
We use Tebra as both our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and Telehealth platform. Tebra is fully HIPAA-compliant and designed to securely manage patient data and virtual care.

4. Text Messaging Policy
Please be advised that text messaging is not HIPAA-compliant. This means that any health information shared via text may not be secure and could potentially be accessed by unauthorized individuals.
If you wish to communicate with us via text message:

You must sign an Informed Consent for Non-HIPAA Compliant Communication, acknowledging that texting is not a secure method and accepting the associated risks.

While we take extensive precautions to protect your health information, including using the HIPAA-compliant platform Tebra, it is important to recognize that data breaches and cyber threats are an increasing risk in today’s digital environment.

Despite these protections, no system is completely immune to breaches, and we will notify you promptly if a breach affecting your information occurs, in accordance with legal requirements.
