How Our Transparent Pricing Works
Detailed Pricing & Cost Scenarios
At Potere Health MD, we sell medication by the vial — not by the month. This approach gives patients the greatest flexibility and cost savings. To help you see exactly how it works, we’ve outlined three common scenarios:
1) Getting Started
2) Continuing Treatment
3) Higher Doses → Greater Savings
We’ve done the math for you — so you know exactly what to expect.

Scenario 1 – Getting Started
For Those Just Starting
When starting semaglutide or tirzepatide, everyone begins at a low dose that gradually increases to let your body adjust comfortably.
Even if your dose increases as quickly as in clinical trials (the fastest safe schedule), a single vial will last at least 12 weeks.
See the tables below for a clear breakdown of how this looks in real-world dosing.

Scenario 3 – Higher Doses → Greater Savings
Loyalty Refill Pricing
Because of the proven health benefits of sustained weight loss, we want higher-dose patients to be able to continue treatment affordably.
That’s why we offer Loyalty Refill Pricing — a 10% discount on vials for patients who stay consistent with their treatment plan.
You qualify when you:
• Are on a dose of 1.7 – 2.5 mg (semaglutide) or 10 – 15 mg (tirzepatide)
• Refill within 45 days to maintain discount eligibility
This isn’t a membership or subscription — it’s simply our way of making continued care more affordable.
As always, there are no recurring charges, long-term contracts, or prepaid plans.
You’re in control of your care — refill only when you need to.
See the table below to explore your potential savings.

The Competition's Pricing
Price Comparison with Major Online Suppliers
We've done the research of major online providers, looking carefully at the "FINE PRINT".
We summed the total three month cost to make it comparable to what is offered at Potere Health MD – then provide the average monthly cost for your comparison.

⚠️ Transparency Isn’t Always Transparent
Some programs advertise low prices — but don’t tell you what you’re actually paying for.
Here we expose a few of the common tactics some online providers use to make their offers look “low-cost” when, in reality, the total cost of treatment is much higher:
1) Membership-only pricing
The headline price covers access to the platform or a brief consult — not the medication. Once you’re approved, the real bill for the GLP-1/GIP drug is added on.
3) Prepay requirements
Some programs require paying 3–6 months upfront to “unlock” the good price. That locks you into a plan before you know how you’ll tolerate the medication.
2) Starter-dose pricing
The price shown is for a very small “intro” or “micro” dose that only lasts a short time. As soon as you move to a medically appropriate dose, the price jumps.
4) Undisclosed amount of medication
Prices are listed per month but they never tell you how many milligrams you’re getting. Without that number, you can’t compare value.
👉 That’s why we clearly state both the price and the total medication you receive. If you know the cost and the milligrams, you can finally compare programs fairly.
